OMSC Refunds Policy
Books and publications
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any book or publication in its original condition for a full refund. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate this information and the order number on a separate piece of paper. Please use a prepaid, secure, and traceable method from the postal service or from United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipment.
OMSC will not pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error or unless the item is damaged or defective. In cases of shipping error or damage, you must contact us in advance by e-mail (HERE) or fax (203-865-2857). No telephone calls please. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from OMSC.

Study Program seminars
Payment for OMSC mission seminar registration is due in advance and is nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, the fee is fully applicable to a future seminar for you, up to one year later. Correspondence may be e-mailed to us HERE or faxed to (203) 865-2857. No telephone calls please.
